Return or Exchange Policy
Nose Sensitivity is a personal preference and unique to you, mostly your form of opinion. Each person will likely have a different experience while using the same product. Therefore; we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds based on opinion, natural color variances, or improper use of the products. Please review scent descriptions carefully prior to purchase. Free samples are a little something extra I like to do for you so you can try before you buy.
Shipping Policy
US shipping only
Currently utilizing USPS & UPS shipping carriers
USPS Medium flat rate box holds approximately 8 bags/scoops
USPS Large flat rate box holds approximately 14 bags/scoops
Shipping overages over $1 will be refunded to you
We cannot be held responsible for any errors made for shipping addresses. Please confirm that all of the information you entered is correct prior to placing an order [including if the package is going to another recipient]. This will also ensure accurate shipping costs. Shipping labels will be created with the information you provided upon checkout. In the event your order is returned back to us due to address errors, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to have the order re-shipped.
Combined Shipping Policy
We understand what it's like to rush an order in excitement only to realize we forgot something. The best way to ensure a smooth and successful transaction would be to place an additional order so we can combine shipping. If you wish to request combined shipping of multiple orders, please reply to the order confirmation emails you received ASAP.
Combined Shipping cannot be honored after your order is processed and a tracking number is generated. Once a tracking number is provided to you, that particular order has already been boxed up, paid for that specific weight / dimensions, and is ready for the shipping carriers.
In the event you place multiple orders BEFORE you receive a tracking number, we will combine such orders [if one package allows] and adjust shipping charges accordingly. Combined orders may cause a slight delay in shipment if issues arise.
Order Adjustments & Cancellation Fee Policy
In an attempt to keep orders accurate for everyone and the additional time required for multiple changes, there will be an added $2 processing fee per order for adjustments or cancellation requests.
Adjustments include any changes that differ from the original order [i.e. address updates, scent or product changes, add-ons, quantity errors, etc.]. If you wish to request an adjustment, please reply to the order confirmation email you received ASAP.

Due to stock variations, some order adjustments are not guaranteed and cannot be accommodated at this time. Additions can be requested and honored ONLY IF the product is currently in stock. In addition, the buyer is responsible for any difference in the costs of products and shipping, if any.
Once the adjusted invoice is sent to you, the current order is placed on hold until payment is received. We allow up to 72 hours for payment of the new invoice or the order will ship out as it was originally placed, without the requested adjustments.
Delivery Policy
We do our very best to package orders diligently and promptly prior to delivery. Once a package leaves our hands, delivery is out of our control. In the event your package is delayed or lost, please reach out to the corresponding shipping carrier with the tracking information provided by us and file a claim if warranted. In the event your package arrives damaged, contact us with your order number, detailed information on the incident, and clear photos. This will help us determine the next step regarding replacement or refunds if deemed an error on our part.

Product Safety Policy
All safety information and recommendations for wax products can be found under the "Care Instructions" drop-down section of each scent in our Catalog.
Our bath & body products are formulated to be skin safe and scented below the maximum usage rate percentages. However, it is the responsibility of the customer to conduct a small patch skin test [with skin approved products only] to rule out skin sensitivity and / or allergic reactions prior to full [external] use. Please review all ingredients prior to purchasing and review all product instructions prior to use.
Keep all products within site and out of reach to pets and children. Do not leave products unattended or in harsh weather conditions. Do not consume. Do not use wax products on skin. Always use wax approved warmers for wax based items.
